Ozio Restaurant and Lounge first opened its door in the autumn of 1995.  It was heralded as Washington DC's first cigar and martini lounge.  It quickly became known for its stylish atmosphere and celebrity clientele.

The four level building has the chic atmosphere for which Ozio is known; it is decorated in a contemporary Art Deco style.  The first two floors have textured walls with warm hues and are adorned with murals of classic film stars.  The third floor features Georgia O'Keefe reproductions while the fourth floor displays more abstract paintings.  Clusters of comfortable couches and lounge chairs fill the space.  Ozio also offers a smoke-free dining room with banquets.

The original menu has been expanded to include appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.  The cuisine is traditional American with a continental flair.  Individuals frequent Ozio to dine, enjoy a cigar, lounge with cocktails and to dance.
