Detail: After a year-long absence in the kitchen due to his position as instructor at L?Academie de Cuisine, we are celebrating the return of Gerard Pangaud as Executive Chef. Gerard is revamping the menu, staffing the kitchen with former students and will be working a few nights himself at his namesake ?Gerard Pangaud Bistro?. Why a bistro? We understand that today, people are leading more casual lifestyles and would like the opportunity to eat out more often.
