Join the Alexandria Symphony Orchestra for an entertaining night out featuring the MarcOlivia violin/viola duo.

The duo will be featured on Vivaldi's "Winter" from The Four Seasons; Piazzolla's "Winter" from “The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires;” and Arnold's “Concerto for Two Violins.” The concert will conclude with Brahms Symphony No. 2. Piazzolla was inspired by Vivaldi’s piece, but his music has the taste of tango and South American in it.

Violinists Marc Ramirez and Olivia Hajioff, are on the faculty of Shenandoah University, Las Vegas Summer Music Festival and Dartington International Summer Festival, and are on the roster of the Millennium Stage at the Kennedy Center and the Touring Artists for the Virginia Commission for the Arts.

Event Special: Tickets are $20-$80. Youth tickets (ages 8-18) are only $5! Tickets can be purchased online at www.alexsym.org or by phone at 703-548-0885. Concerts are performed at the Rachel M.
